Victoria Newlyn
Victoria Newlyn (movement director) gained a BA (Hons) in Acting at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Victoria is a Movement and Drama teacher, working with singers from undergraduate to opera course level at the Guildhall School and the Royal Academy of Music. Choreography at the Guildhall includes Falstaff, La vie parisienne, and L’occasione fa il ladro, and two fully-staged theatre pieces devised by Iain Burnside: Seduced, and Lads in their Hundreds. Previous work with John Ramster includes Rinaldo and La Calisto for the Royal Academy of Music. Future plans include Un ballo in maschera for Opera Holland Park.
